Tech and Civic Queue
Hold Shift and click Technologies and Civics to queue several research targets in order, each with its prerequisites, including Masteries. The game works through the whole queue without asking you again.
What It Does
- Queue as many targets as you like - click a Technology or Civic as usual, then hold Shift and click more. Each one joins the end of the queue along with whatever prerequisites it still needs.
- Masteries queue too - Shift-click the II part of a card to queue its Mastery, whether or not the Technology or Civic itself is researched yet.
- See the whole plan - every step of the queue is numbered in research order across the tree, and a queued Mastery is highlighted and numbered on its own part of the card.
- Change your mind in one click - Shift-click anything already queued to take it out, and the numbers close up behind it.
- No prompts in between - when one target finishes, research moves straight on to the next without asking you to choose.
- Two separate queues - the tech tree and the civic tree each keep their own queue, and both are kept in your save.
- The base game's own click is unchanged - a plain click still sets a single target and replaces the queue, and picking a research from the pop-up chooser clears it.
